The empirical has furthermore been linked and compared with the theory and previous
research. The result points out that it is primarily the internal and interactive motivational
factors that motivate the essays bank managers in their daily work. The result shows that the
motivation factors that primarily motivate the bank managers are the work, development,
corporate culture and relationships. There are several different explanatory factors. The results
show that the managers' motivators may among other things, depend on their personality for
example if they are soft or tough to their personality. It can also depend on a person’s
