ruta rutor rutat grows out of a simple input. The square and worn sheets. The thoughts are formulated together with what comes out of the practical making. The aim of the work is to reclaim the values that the material originally carries in a new form. The square is used as a form and format for interpreting the material. The decorated sheets that were originally adorned with lace and monograms but which, through the years of wear and tear of time and humans, have lost the value that once existed, are refined here through care and time, the square as a form and patchwork technique.
