Communication is known to be a problematic-yet-unavoidable concern in software development. Furthermore, in agile contexts, where the distribution of information is intensified and the information itself is less reliable due to the changing nature of agile projects, communication becomes a key factor. In addition, when these characteristics are embraced by the size of a large-scale setup, the aforemencioned concern rapidly becomes chaos. This thesis uses a quasi-experimental approach to attempt to solve some of the communication-related problems in this type of contexts. The results found highlight the importance of the communication between Scrum coaching staff and Scrum teams.sv
