| This bachelor thesis aims to explore the impact of leadership and strategies in addressing stigma and mental health issues in the workplace. The study delves into the proactive and reactive measures employed to tackle stigma and promote mental well-being among employees. Through a qualitative approach with an abductive stance, interviews were conducted to gather data and identify patterns and themes.
