Abstract
Huvudsyftet var att normera FTF-formulärets småbarnsversion (FTF-S) på barn i åldrarna 25–40 månader. Ett delsyfte var att validera språkdomänen i FTF-S mot språkskalan i testmaterialet Bayley Scales of Infant Development – tredje versionen (Bayley-III). Ytterligare ett delsyfte var att, med hjälp av ett utvärderingsformulär, undersöka föräldrars
upplevelser av FTF-S och ge förslag för vidare utveckling. I studien deltog totalt 33 barn och deras föräldrar, varav 29 barn testades med Bayley-III. Normeringsresultaten för FTF-S visade att medelvärdet var högst för domänen uppmärksamhet/överaktivitet och lägst för domänerna sociala färdigheter och beteende. Valideringen visade att det inte fanns några
signifikanta samband mellan språkdomänen i FTF-S och språkskalan i Bayley-III, orsakerna till resultatet diskuteras. Utvärderingsformuläret visade att föräldrarna överlag var nöjda med FTF-S. Förbättringsförslag för FTF-S framtogs.

The main purpose was to develop norms for the Five to fifteen questionnaire – toddlers’ version (FTF-S) in children aged 25–40 months. A
partial aim was to validate the language domain of the FTF-S against the linguistic scale in the test Bayley Scales of Infant Development – third
edition (Bayley-III). Another partial aim was to analyze parents' experiences of the FTF-S in order to provide suggestions for further development. The study included 33 children and their parents, of which 29 children were tested with the Bayley-III. Evaluation results for the FTF-S showed the highest mean for the domain attention/hyperactivity and the lowest means
for the domains behavior and social skills. The validation showed no significant correlations between the language domain in the FTF-S and the language scale in the Bayley-III, and the causes are discussed. Parents’ experiences of the FTF-S were overall good. Improvement suggestions for the FTF-S were developed.
