Teheran, Show of Hands

| Show of Hands is a festival in Tehran. Each year has a special theme and this year was "Solo Woodwinds". The festival has a high artistic profile and this year's festival included prominent European and Iranian artists. I gave a solo concert based on the album TRUST as well as a masterclass. Artistically I explored qualities of sound and silence in real time improvised playing as well as interaction with electronics. (Show of Hands är en festival i Tehran. Varje år har ett speciellt tema och årets var ”Solo Woodwinds”. De har en hög konstnärlig profil och årets festival gästades av framstående europeiska och iranska artister. Jag gav en solokonsert med utgångspunkt i albumet TRUST och en masterclass som bägge mottogs mycket väl.
