This study will represent a picture of the open online learning platform's current status and future implications for improvements. Theory: The technology acceptance model (TAM) has been used as a guide to structure the research and study what factors are affecting the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of the open online learning platform. A high level of learner satisfaction will help to create positive attitude towards e-learning. Method: Both qualitative and quantitative methods are used to answer the research questions depending on the study's focus. Results: Learners are more satisfied with some factors compared to others. The satisfactions aspects that are affecting perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are considered as unidimensional.
