The project presented in this paper de- scribes some aspects relating to the implementation and feasibility of a mobile phone based test suite that has the goal of helping police o cers to determine whether someone is sober or under the in uence of alcohol or drugs and, if in uenced, may be un t to drive. The three currently implemented tests that are described in this thesis evaluate medical as well as psy- chological aspects. Medical and technical background information for the tests as well as the research process and implementation methods used during the course of the project are also listed. Preliminary results based on a small number of volunteers so far show promising results, although an in-depth evaluation remains to be done.sv
