?1. Avtal om elektronisk publicering

F?rfattaren ger G?teborgs universitet r?tt att,
med nedan angivna begr?nsningar, publicera
F?rfattarens arbete, nedan kallat Verket, i
elektronisk form (p? G?teborgs universitets
hemsida p? Internet eller andra elektroniska
publiceringsfora). R?tt att publicera inneb?r r?tt
att g?ra verket tillg?ngligt f?r exemplarframst?llning
och att p? annat s?tt g?ra verket tillg?ngligt 
f?r allm?nheten. G?teborgs universitet ?ger r?tt
att f?rl?gga publiceringen till annan hemsida eller
liknande om det ?r n?dv?ndigt. Publiceringen skall ske i 
det skick Verket f?religger. ?verl?telsen medf?r
 inga inskr?nkningar i F?rfattarens r?tt att 
anv?nda  sitt verk.

?2. Avtalets giltighetstid

Avtalet g?ller till dess F?rfattarens eller dennes
successorers upphovsr?tt till Verket upph?rt
enligt 43 ? upphovsr?ttslagen eller eftertr?dande lag
 med motsvarade reglering. Avtalet skall ocks? g?lla
f?r de r?ttighetssuccessorer som eftertr?der f?r det
fall G?teborgs universitet ?verg?r i annan form eller
uppg?r i annat universitet. G?teborgs universitet
har r?tt att med omedelbar verkan s?ga upp avtalet om
det framkommer att F?rfattaren inte ?r upphovsman till
Verket eller saknar erforderliga medgivanden
enligt ?5 nedan.

?3. Syfte med publicering

Publiceringen skall ske f?r universitetets forsknings-, 
utbildnings- och biblioteksverksamhet
och ej f?r kommersiella ?ndam?l.

?4. Verkets form

F?rfattaren skall l?mna ?ver Verket i enlighet med
de instruktioner som universitetet meddelar.

?5. Upphovsmannaskap

F?rfattaren ansvarar f?r att han/hon ?r upphovsman
till Verket och har erforderliga upphovsr?ttsliga
medgivanden vad g?ller i Verket eventuellt
ing?ende bilder mm som har annan upphovsman, samt att
han/hon har r?tt att disponera ?ver Verket f?r publicering
i enlighet med detta avtal.

?6. F?rbeh?ll vid ?verl?telse av upphovsr?tt

Om F?rfattaren till annan ?verl?ter upphovsr?tt
till Verket i annat avseende ?n i detta avtal, skall
F?rfattaren alltid g?ra f?rbeh?ll f?r G?teborgs
universitets r?ttigheter i enlighet med detta
avtal. F?rfattaren skall h?lla G?teborgs universitet
skadesl?s f?r det fall ers?ttningskrav uppkommer i
anledning av G?teborgs universitets publicering av
Verket.

?7. Avtalets ikrafttr?dande

Detta avtal g?ller omedelbart efter F?rfattarens
godk?nnande.


Agreement regarding electronic publishing
(NB It is the Swedish version of the agreement
that will be in effect)

?1. Agreement regarding electronic publishing

Subject to the limitations stated below, the
Author undertakes to transfer to University of Gothenburg
without compensation the right to publish the Author?s
publication, hereinafter designated the Work, in
digital form (on University of Gothenburg?s home page
on the Internet or other electronic media). The right
to publish shall include the right to make copies and
to make the Work available to the public. 
University of Gothenburg shall have the right to transfer
publication to anothered necessary. Publication shall
take place in such form as exists when the Work
has been approved. This agreement regarding electronic
publishing shall not impose any limitations of the
Author?s right to make use of the Work.

?2. Duration of the agreement

The present agreement shall remain in force until
the expiration date of the copyright in the Work
vested in the Author or in the Author?s successors in
accordance with article 43 of the Swedish
Copyright Act or any subsequent law containing equivalent
provisions. Should University of Gothenburg be
reorganised or be incorporated in any other university, this
agreement shall also apply to any successors in
the copyright.

?3. Purpose of publication

Publication shall take place for the university?s
research, teaching or Library requirements and not
for commercial purposes.

?4. Form of the Work

The Author shall make the Work available in
appropriate digital form. University of Gothenburg will
provide instructions concerning the form of the
Work.

?5. Copyright

The Author shall ensure that he or she is the
originator of the Work, has the right to use
included illustrations, and has the right to dispose of the
Work for publication in accordance with the
present agreement.

?6. Limitations with respect to other transfer of
copyright

If the Author transfers the copyright of the Work
to any other person in any respect other than as is
stipulated in the present agreement, the Author
shall always reserve University of Gothenburg?s rights in
accordance with the present agreement. The Author
shall always ensure that University of Gothenburg
suffers no financial loss in connection with any demand
for compensation that may arise due to 
University of Gothenburg?s publication of the Work.

?7. Validity of the agreement

The present agreement shall come into force
immediately after acceptance by the Author.
