This policy brief by GENDERACTION highlights the need for a gender dimension in the SDGs, the Sustainable Development Goals, as well as in Cluster 1. This is needed in order to achieve economic, social and ecological sustainability. The aim is to strengthen the capacity of Horizon Europe to contribute to gender equality and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda. This can be implemented in the Second Strategic Plan 2025-2027. It is also a response to the current design of the Work Programme in Cluster 1.en
