The increased environmental degradation generates pressure on the transition from a linear- to a circular economy to lessen the environmental impact through increased resource efficiency that shall contribute to sustainable development. Circular activities within firms play an essential role in the transformation to create a closed-loop system. Since the textile industry has one of the largest environmental impacts, this thesis aims to address how circular activities within the clothing firm Nudie Jeans, as a leader in sustainability work, align with sustainable development. This is done through a qualitative research design whereas a case study on Nudie Jeans will be conducted based on both primary and secondary sources. The interviews are of semi-structured characteristics with both internal and external relevant actors to gather insight on the subject. The interviews will further be complemented by literary sources, both primary and secondary as the sustainability report of 2020.en
