dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to investigate how the projects of Interreg Romania-Hungary affects the development of the border regions between Romania and Hungary. The material used for the thesis are projects associated with Interreg Romania-Hungary. A content analysis was used to look into the projects with the purpose to take out the most vital information. Three different concepts are applied to the study to examine how they are affected through the development of the border region. The concepts are integration, regional policy and border conflict. By using these concepts, the question whether how the projects affect the border region can be answered. An analysis scheme with five different levels have been worked out from another Interreg program. The result shows that the projects affect the border regions development within certain areas through integration. The other two concepts also get influenced because of the integration in the border region. | sv |
